Scrambled Eggs on Toast

 

Method
  1. Break the eggs in a bowl. Mix them lightly with a fork.
  2. Heat the butter in a sauce pan on a low flame. Add the eggs and milk.
  3. Saute till the mixture thickens and fluffs up.
  4. The scramble is ready. Switch off the gas.
  5. Add some salt and mix well. Toast the bread slices. Apply butter.
  6. Heat spoonful of the scramble on the toast and sprinkle pepper on it.
  7. Serve hot.
